Hi
I am doing a project serial to ethernet I am planning to use 89S52 and RTL8019AS can any one provide me with some schematic or any link for the same how do i interface.

Have you looked at web51.hw-server.com?? Or try picoweb AVR webservers. This one use a NE2-compatible ISA LAN card.
I'm doing research on this too. Please inform me on any progress
