How to calculate the leakage power in HSpice? Current I'm using .measure to get the average current.
Is there any requirement for the device model?

check if the model you r using right now has any leakage model.
i use tsmc's model before and they have leakage model

hai,
these is with respect to inverter for leakage power calculation
For PMOS give input from Vdd-vt to Vdd sweep at these point apply 0 to Vt to NMOS during these Pmos and NMOS should be in cutoff but if u give .op in spice we will get leakage power
