anyone has a circuit to convert 24vdc to 600vdc .
output current 300mA.
cannot use transformer.
Would these off-the-shelf switch handle such voltage with high voltage diode and switches?
What do I have to watch out? Can I just use the same switching boost topology for such high voltage?
thanks

| What do you think about flyback converter (like those used in TV) ?

as long as it can supply 600vdc, 80mA
do you have a working circuit ?
thanks

One of easy to realise ideas would be to make 24Vdc-20ac(square wave) inverter (based on, say, 100VA transformer) and then triple the output voltage using standard cofiguration of capacitors and HV diodes.
