| I've same question. I use Hspice to measure the cycle period from PLL output , and calculate the difference between those cycles. I'm not sure it is the right method for simulating PLL.

If you can use SPECTRA software from Cadence, it can calculate the jitter and simulate eye diagrams. use the latest version.
One of my friends is using it now. Very cool.

I don't have Cadence's Spectra software , can not do the measurement .
Any one know where can download the tool ?
