You don't pay for conduction losses between power station and your meter, unless you are a commercial customer.
Power quality regulations however limit the amount of reactive and harmonic current drawn from the grid.
Refer to S32K148_IO_Signal_Description_Input_Multiplexing.xlsx (Reference manual attachment), it gives a complete list of available multiplex settings for peripheral connection. Swapping CAN RX and TX isn't provided.
Would be helpful to have a description of the original circuit clarifying the role of Va, Vb and Vc and expected transfer function. LTspice circuit has two errors:
V4 is shorting X2 output. X2.Vin1 is setting DC bias for filter and must not be grounded but but connected to DC source. You may...
You should know that it's a well defined datasheet property. It's measured for Vref = 0, thus irrelevant for discussed operation mode. On the other side Vka versus Ik is specified for Vk = Vref only. But as long as no other specification exists, I'd expect that Vref versus Ik looks similar...
The Fig. 1 symbols look inpropriate to me. Unlike bulk terminal, there's no junction involved with D and S terminals, they are ohmic contacts to the channel. I didn't notice yet this symbol type in literature.
Your circuit misses AC coupling (C5 in original schematic) between sensor and first amplifier stage which is essential.

Sorry, I confused first with second stage. Schematic is basically correct.

I'd add a feature to adjust gain.
For debug check node voltages with...
Do you see any indications for snap behaviour in the datasheet? I don't.
Monotonous I/V behaviour is clearly shown in a diagram. Imin is typically 0.4 mA but can be as high as 1 mA. I presume the I/V curve shape isn't different, just scaled.

There are shunt references with...
Did you determine OTA common mode range? As far as I see, input source DC offset 0 is outside common mode range.
Center frequency seems to be off by factor of 10.

Add DC offset of 1.2V to V3. Check X1 and X2 Vout.
Don't think post #1 circuit is an instructive design, but it works at least in LTspice simulation with NE555 transistor level model. Behavioral NE555 model supplied with LTspice shows incorrect behaviour of discharge pin with switched supply voltage. There might be also a problem of damaging the...
